Leadership practices to develop and support effective, cohesive teams

This workshop will include understanding arrangements of work groups or teams with different leadership and management models, the stages of team development, Patrick Lencioni's Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. You will come away with practical tools and skills to build trust and foster the group dynamics required for leading effective teams.

Workshop Objectives

• Participants will learn how to diagnose team dynamics based on stage of development and how to then intentionally develop a team’s leadership maturity.

• Participants will gain insight into the factors that could derail a team and how to overcome them with leadership actions for intervening appropriately.

• Participants will integrate learning and create an action plan for your approach back at work for team-building.
